The template and pressure roller of the pellet making machine are made of high-quality alloy steel that has undergone special treatment. The main shaft and flat mold drive the pressure roller to rotate under the action of friction. The high temperature between the pressure roller and the template causes starch to mature, protein to denature and solidify, and particles are discharged from the mold hole under the pressure of the roller.
Pellet extruder machine is mainly suitable for small and medium industry and produces various livestock, poultry, and aquatic pellet feeds, for raising rabbits, chickens, ducks, geese, fish, pigs, aquatic products, etc.
Pellet press machine squeezes the mixed powdered material into cylindrical pellet feed. The raw materials are no need to add water or dry during the granulation process. Natural temperature rise of about 70 ℃ -80 ℃ can cause starch gelatinization protein to solidify and denature. The interior of the pellets is deeply matured, the surface of the feed pellet is smooth, hard, and the length can be adjusted. The pellets are not easily moldy or spoiled, so can be stored for a long time.
