本公司生产的真空均质乳化机种类功能多样化，其中均质系统根据需要可定制上均质或下均质以及内外循环系统。搅拌系统可分单向搅拌或双向搅拌，升降系统可分单液压升降或双液升降，可根据用户的产品性质以及需求进行定制；
一、设备主要组成系统：
加热冷却夹层锅、油水相锅、液压升降系统、液压倾倒系统、真空系统、电气控系统等；
二、设备特点：
★设备与物料接触部份均采用卫生级SUS316L或304，采用镜面或拉丝抛光工艺；
★均质器为我公司自主研发的两定一转高剪切均质器，其均质器相对以往均质器具有双重剪切功效，均质转速可达3200r/min，特殊定制可以达到6000r/min；适应多种物料的均质混合；
★锅体采用三层式结构夹套可蒸汽加热或电加热，夹套也可进行冷却。外层隔热保温；
★为确保设备运行更稳定，电气元件均采用国际知名品牌，例如电机采用西门子、ABB。变频器采用西门子或、施耐德、三菱变频器、台达；感光度电气采用施耐德、欧姆龙等；
