ARACHNE XX6 – Load up to 60 kg (133 Lb)
The ARACHNE XX6 is a patented double-depth solution in rack, two boxes on board.
The ARACHNE can carry out the handling of 1+1 plastic box (or carton) about as big as 600×400 mm with 30 Kg weight.
In the picking phase, two telescopic arms reach the load on the shelf and, by means of small pivoting fingers, drag it onboard the shuttle. The single belt system on board the XX6 version can handle two boxes at once.
On board is possible: single belt, double belts, sheet flat, single rolls conveyor, width adjustment, automatic bridge to avoid gap between shelf and system.
With his telescopic arms thickness of only 74 mm, ARACHNE allows reducing the spaces between the boxes in the cells, thus reducing the width of the whole shelf.
