专业适宜于果酱(番茄酱/桃酱/杏酱/草莓酱/辣椒酱等)、糖浆等高黏度物料的浓缩。可以根据客户的要求把番茄酱从4.5-5.5%brix浓缩到28-30%brix,30-32%brix或36-38%brix。
在真空条件下,连续低温浓缩,确保物料中有效成分的zui少流失。
融合好技术,采用欧洲标准,经过我司在新疆、内蒙古等地多条生产线的实际运用,具备了设计制造蒸发量为300L-35000L的单效、二效、三效以及多效蒸发器的能力。
主体结构为优质不锈钢材料;由管式加热器、真空蒸发室、多级冷凝器、泵浦(物料循环泵/进出料泵/真空泵/水泵)、自动PLC控制系统、相关阀组和检测仪表、操作平台等部件组成。具有结构紧凑,运行稳定,生产效率高,节能等优点。
