本机是专为电机换向器与较粗电枢绕组连接的一种专用焊接设备。采用进口PLC控制器和触摸屏显示器控制焊机动作，伺服电机力矩控制方式加压，通过同步带轮带动丝杆控制焊接，在单个焊点可分别设定压力，配置大功率国产逆变焊机联合控制、可定电流、定功率、定电压等控制，工件机械定位对槽，可设定角度补偿，所有动作一次完成，性能优越，焊接质量高。
