WZ-1 Automatic Paper Inserting Machine
本机是把绝缘纸打入转子槽内，槽与槽之间绝缘纸相连不断，形似“W”，故也称W形打纸机。设备主要以压缩气源为动力，通过气缸完成转子定位、送纸、打纸、转位、切纸等动作。利用打纸刀径向打入绝缘纸，适合较厚绝缘纸打纸。槽与槽之间绝缘纸相连，更利于转子绕线或嵌线。有手动、单步、自动三种工作方式。
This machine is used for the insulation
paper inserting into the rotor slot. The insulation paper between the slot and
the slot is connected continuously and looks like
"W", so it is also called W-shaped paper inserting machine. The
equipment mainly uses compressed air source as the power to
complete the rotor positioning, paper feeding, paper inserting, indexing and
paper cutting through the cylinder. Use a paper cutter to
insert the insulation paper radially, suitable for thicker insulation paper.
The insulation paper is connected between the
slot and the slot, which is more conducive to rotor winding or coil inserting.
There are three working modes, manual, single step
and automatic.
