SZG Tunnel Trickle style Vanishing Rotor Machine
本机广泛应用于电动工具、摩托车起动电机、汽车电机、直流伺服电机、永磁电机、串励电机、船用直流电机等转子的预热、滚漆、烘干。本机采用三菱PLC可编程控制，进口变频器调速，气动与机械相结合的结构，采用链轮旋转运动，使链条产生步进运动，定位输送，边转边滚，移位准确，滚漆时间均匀，三段温度恒温控制，生产效率高，操作简单方便，有外置供漆及滚漆槽水冷装置。
This machine is widely used in preheating,
varnishing and drying of rotors of such as electric tools, motorcycle starter
motors, automobile motors, DC servo motors,
permanent magnet motors, series-excited motors and marine DC motors. This
machine adopts Mitsubishi PLC, imported frequency
converter speed regulation, pneumatic and mechanical combination structure,
adopts sprocket rotary motion, so that the chain produces
stepping motion, positioning and conveying, rotating while?rolling, with
accurate displacement, uniform?distribution of
painting time. This machine has three-stage constant temperature control, external paint supply and paint tank water cooling
device,high production efficiency, simple and convenient operation.
