DRF-6000 Turntable Automatic Pulse Welding Machine
本机主要应用于石英晶体、声表滤波器、传感器、晶体管抽真空充氮气密性封焊，可以用来焊接有色金属、电真空器件、电机热保护器的抽真空充氮气封焊。采用进口PLC程控，触摸屏控制，六工位高精度转盘式设计，人工上料、自动焊接、机械手自动取出合格和不合格分检在不同工位上同步工作，极大提高了工作效率，同时又提高了操作安全性。采用米亚基焊接电流监测仪，自动化程度高。
This machine is mainly used for vacuum seal
welding of quartz crystal, SAW filter, sensor and transistor, and can be used
for welding non-ferrous metal, electric vacuum device and motor thermal
protector.
It adopts imported PLC program control and
touch screen control, six-position high-precision turntable design, manual
feeding, automatic welding, automatic removal of the robot and substandard
segregation work in different stations, greatly improving the work efficiency.
Improved operational safety. Using Miyaki welding current monitor, a high
degree of automation.
