适用声表滚波器、微波器件、晶休管、整流管、可控硅、传感器等气密性封焊。采用三菱PLC程控，触摸屏显示，高压脉冲电容器放电，单杆式加压，装有抽真空，加热恒温，充氮密封装置，工艺性能高。

welding.Using Mitsubishi PLC program-controlled, touch-screen display,
high-voltage pulse capacitor discharge, single-rod pressurized, equipped with
vacuum, heated thermostat, nitrogen sealing device, high process performance.
