ZCT-20 Turntable Magnetic Pasting Machine
将永磁电机未充磁磁瓦装入电机外壳中，并对磁瓦贴装后利用自身张紧夹具对磁瓦定位、烘干、固化的专用设备。采用三菱PLC程控，中文文本显示器修改参数，转盘式结构，步进旋转，人工套入定子步入烘道后，模具自动涨紧，步进转出，气缸自动松开，人工取出工件，保证了定子磁瓦的同心度和垂直度。本机为预烘干，需用户自备烘箱作固化处理。
The permanent magnet motor unmagnetized
magnetic tile is installed in the motor casing, and the machine is for
positioning, drying and solidifying the magnetic tile by using the
self-tensioning clamp after the magnetic tile is mounted. Using Mitsubishi PLC
program control, text display to modify parameters, rotary structure, step
rotation, manual put the stator into the drying tunnel, the mold automatically
tightens, stepping out, the cylinder is automatically released, manually remove
the workpiece, to ensure the concentricity and verticality of the stator
magnet. This machine provides pre-heating function and users need a heating
oven for solidifying the workpiece.
