ZW-1 Pneumatic Single Cutter Automatic Rotor Lamination Turning Machine
本机用于电机转子经滴漆烘干后铁芯外圆自动车削的专用设备。采用进口PLC程控，三菱变频无级调速，液压缸压力调节走刀速度，V形块支撑转子轴，轴承档有自动喷油装置，百分表显示进刀车削量，皮带摩擦转子外圆自动车削，所有动作一次完成，人工上下工件，操作简单方便。
This machine is used for the special
equipment of the iron core outer circle automatic turning after the motor rotor
dries by dripping. It adopts imported PLC program control, Mitsubishi frequency
conversion stepless speed regulation, hydraulic cylinder pressure regulating
feed speed, V-shaped block supporting rotor shaft, bearing file has automatic
oil injection device, dial indicator shows infeed amount, belt friction rotor
outer circle automatic Turning, all actions once completed, manual up and down
the workpiece, easy to operate.
