SDZ-50/3 Armature Automatic Spot Welding Machine（dc Output）
本机适用于三钩以及五钩小电机换向器的一次性同时下压焊接的专用设备。采用进口PLC程控，彩色触摸屏显示及修改参数，高频逆变直流焊接电源系统，一次控制三个或五个机头同时下压，采用扫描方式完成三个或五个通道的放电，一次即可焊好三个或五个工位，生产效率大大提高。有定电压，定电流，定功率放电输出模式，有异常报警功能，检修方便。
This machine is suitable for the one-time
simultaneous pressure welding of three hooks and five hooks of small motor
commutators. It adopts imported PLC for control, color touch screen display for
parameters modification, high-frequency DC output type welding power supply
system, three heads or five heads can press at the same time, and three or five
channels of discharge are completed by scanning method, and three or five
stations can be welded at one time. The production efficiency is greatly
improved. There are constant voltage, constant current, constant power discharge
output mode, abnormal alarm function, convenient maintenance.
