DB-1 Stator Coil Lacing Machine
本机为立式单头自劫绑扎机，集机、电、气一体化，该机可以自动连续实现定子绕组端部的绑扎。通过凸轮链轮、齿轮以及连杆机构来实现各动作，气动完成各种辅助动作，采用可编程控制器进行白动循环控制，触摸屏显示参数，主传动采用变频器无级调速。
This machine is a vertical single-head
automatic binding machine, integrating machine, electricity and gas. The
machine can automatically bind the ends of the stator windings continuously.
Through the cam sprocket, gear and linkage mechanism to achieve each action,
pneumatically complete a variety of auxiliary actions, using a programmable
controller for automatic cycle control, touch screen display parameters, the
main drive uses inverter stepless speed regulation.
