This machine is suitable for automatic
winding and automatic coil inserting of induction motor stator. Winding, slotting
cover and coil embedding are integrated in one machine. The winding station
automatically arranges the coils neatly into the insertion mold, then
automatically index to the insertion station, and the servo motor embeds the
coils, and the slot is covered at the same time. It adopts PLC, touch screen
control, servo motor winding, accurate positioning, high degree of automation,
and simple and convenient operation.
