LRJ-2 Double Stations Vertical Automatic Winding Machine
本机适用于定子绕组线圈的立式自动绕线，并自动按嵌线要求推入线爪的专用设备，本机采用双工位设计，一个工位绕线，一个工位装入模具待机，绕好后180度旋转互换工装继续工作，人工取下线模，PLC程控，触摸屏控制，伺服电机绕线，定位准确，自动化程度高，操作简单方便。
This machine is suitable for stator
vertical automatic winding, and automatically pushes coils into the specail
coil claw according to the requirements of embedding. This machine adopts
double stations design, one station is winding, another station is loaded into
the mold and standby. After the winding, one stations turned 180-degrees to
interchange tool to continue to work, manually removing the wire mold. This
machine uses PLC, touch screen control, servo motor to wind, accurate
positioning, high degree of automation, and simple and convenient operation.
