LRJ-1 Double Stations Vertical Automatic Winding Machine
本机适用于定子绕组线圈的立式自动绕线，并自动按嵌线要求推入线爪的专用设备，可以单层，双层正反绕本机采用双工位设计，一个工位绕线，一个工位装入模具待机，绕好后180度旋转互换工装继续工作，人工取下线模，PLC程控，触摸屏控制，伺服电机绕线，定位准确，自动化程度高，操作简单方便。
Suitable for vertical automatic winding of
stator coils and automatic pushing wire to claw according to embedding
settings. This machine can realize single layer winding and double layer
reversible winding. It has two stations, one station for winding, another
another station for loading and standby.
After the winding, stations turn 180-degrees to interchange tooling to continue
to work, manually removing the wire mold. This machine uses PLC, touch screen
control, servo motor to wind, accurate positioning, high degree of automation,
and simple and convenient operation.
