DFC-1 Stator Paper Inserting Machine
本机专为各类电机定子插纸设计制作，广泛应用于汽车电机等各种定子插纸专用设备，是一种经济、快速、高效可靠的专用插纸设备。采用三菱变频调速技术控制三相异步电动机拖动系列机械机构完成插纸动作，二个伺服电机控制定子分度和送纸, PLC控制, 触摸屏显示器。采用变频器无级调速，伺服电机控制分度，伺服送纸，机械结构筒单，通用性强。
This equipment is specially designed for
all kinds of motor stator paper inserting. It is widely used in automobile
motors area. It is an economical, fast, efficient and reliable special paper
inserting equipment. Using Mitsubishi variable frequency spee control
technology to control the three-phase asynchronous motor drag series mechanical
mechanism to complete the paper insertion action. It adpots two servo motors to
control the stator indexing and paper feeding, PLC and touch screen display. It adopts stepless speed regulation of frequency converter, servo motor to control
indexing and paper feeding, simple mechanical structure, and strong
versatility.
