BL-1 Model Wave Shape Coil Winding Machine
本机适用于汽车发电机三相定子波形绕组的自动绕线和分相推入线爪的专用设备。采用国际先进的双滑轮双钢丝设计，钢丝使用寿命长，可绕线径粗，稳定可靠，采用PLC程控，彩色触摸屏设定参数，伺服电机绕线和排线，自动分相推入工装，自动剪断，自动调头、绕线成形后分相推入线爪，三相一次完成两只定子线圈，并有故障自诊断显示功能。
This machine is suitable for automatic winding
of the three-phase stator wave windings of the automobile generator and
automatic multi-times pushing coils to claw. Adopting international advanced
double pulley double steel wire design, the steel wire has long service life.
This machine is suitable and reliable for winding thick wire. It adopts PLC
program control, color touch screen for setting parameters, servo motor for
winding and arraying. It has functions of automatic multi-times pushing into
tooling, automatic cutting, automatic turning, automatic winding and automatic
pushing into the claws, and fault self-diagnosis display. It can complete of
two three-phase stators coils at one time.
