ZHX-2 Coil Shaping and Inserting and Commutator Pressing Machine
本机是汽车电机等各种电机转子线圈整形、换向器自动压入的专用设备。本机采用液压油缸和伺服缸为运动源。有单工位仅用一种产品，双工位适用两种产品，左右工位结构相同，工作模式一样。控制电路由三菱PLC和触摸屏显示器组成，可分自动、手动和单步三种方法操作。
This machine is a special device for
shaping the rotor coil of various motors such as automobile motors and
automatically pressing the commutator. This machine uses hydraulic
cylinders and servo cylinders as the source of motion. One station type is
suitable for one kind of product, and two stations type
is suitable for two kinds of products. The left and right stations have the
same structure and the same working mode. The
control circuit consists of Mitsubishi PLC and touch screen display, which can
be operated in three ways: automatic, manual and single step.
