DTBZ-450 Intermediate frequency spot welder
本机适用于多股漆包线，总截面≤50mm2漆包线(不刮皮)与铜端子的点焊，更换工装后，可用于其他钩件的点焊。中频逆变焊机的输出电流为直流形式，具有控制精度高、输出电流稳定、感抗影响小、焊接变压器质量轻、飞溅小等优点，本控制器的输出频率为1KHz,电流调节快速准确，可储存32条焊接规范供用户调用预先设置，使用时直接按需调用即可，故障诊断和自动保护功能
在工作过程中，控制器如检测到情况异常，如过热、过电流、欠电流等。
This machine is suitable for spot welding
of copper terminal and multi-strand enameled wire with total section ≤50mm2 together. Byreplacing tooling, it can be used for spot
welding of other hook parts. The output current of this machine is in the form
of DC,which has the advantages of high control
precision, stable output current, small inductive reactance, light weight of
welding transformer and small splash. The output
frequency of the controller is 1KHz, and the current regulation is fast and
accurate. It can store 32 welding specifications for
users to call presets, and it can be called directly when needed. This machine
has function of fault diagnosis and automatic protection
function.
