MKXJ-1 Stator Wire Embedding and Expanding Machine
本是专为电机定子绕组分相多次嵌线而设计的专用设备。适用于定子绕组多次分相嵌线和扩口，槽满率较高定子，嵌好后线圈绕组排列整齐。线圈绕组不易伤线，本机采用嵌线针把绝缘纸和线圈一次性嵌入定子中，嵌线速度快效率高。本机有手动、单步、自动三种工作方式，便于操作者调试和自动操作。本机采用触摸屏显示器，美观大方，操作方便。控制方式：三菱FX系列可编程控制器和40SS筒易运动控制器。本机有故障自检功能，常见故障均能在显示器上显示。
Special equipment for embedding coils into stator, it can be
embedded multi-times. Suitable for multi-times embedding and expanding stator coils with high filling
ratio. It comes out that winding coils arranged in neat rows. Windings damage
is not easily occurred. It’s efficient by using
special needle to embed insulation paper and coils in stator one time.The
machine has three working methods, manual, single-step,
automatic, so it is easy for debugging and automatic working. This machine
applies touch screen , beautiful, easy
operating.Control method: Mitsubishi FX series PLC and 40SS simple motion
controller.This machine has the function of Built-in self-test,
common errors can be displayed.
