DKXJ-1 Huge Stator Wire Inserting and Flaring in One Machine
DKXJ-1型大型定子嵌线扩口一体机是专为大型电机定子绕组自动嵌线而设计的专用设备。适用于较大定子、较多绕组，较长定子线圈的嵌线，嵌好后线圈绕组排列整齐，分次嵌线扩口整形。线圈绕组不易伤线，采用嵌线针把绝缘纸和线圈一次性嵌入定子中，嵌线速度快效率高。本机有手动、单步、自动三种工作方式，便于调试和自动操作, 采用三菱可编程控制器程控，彩色触摸屏显示器修改参数，美观大方，操作方便，本机有故障自检功能，常见故障均能在显示器上显示。

huge stator coils. Suitable for inserting big stator coils with many turns.
Inserting and flaring could be done one time or repeated.
Windings damage is not easily occurred. Insulation paper and coils together
insert into slots by needle with fast speed. The
mac hine has three modes: manual,
single-step, automatic. Apply Mitsubishi PLC, colorful touch screen for setting parameters and
checking results of Built-in self test. Beautiful, efficient, easy
