Optics: All reflective for constant focus, hard dielectric coated for high reflectivity and increased resistance to corrosion, sealed against dust and vapor.
Monochromator: Czerny-Turner monochromator with 330mn focal length. Holographic diffraction grating of 1800 lines/mm, blazed at 240 nm.
Wavelength range 180-900 nm, automatic drive under computer control, automatic peaking.
Full height slits with 0.1, 0.2, 0.5 and 1.0 nm spectral bandwidth, reduced height slits with 0.2, 0.
