With a trigger range from 2 to 48 GHz and input levels of 0.2 - 1.5 Vpp, it ensures accurate waveform characterization. It supports 3.5 mm male connectors, with 2.4 mm male options for signals above 25 GHz. Featuring ultra-low jitter—under 100 fs RMS for frequencies above 4 GHz and below 280 fs RMS for lower frequencies—it is ideal for high-speed communication testing.
