The seller had good communication and the packaging of their product was pretty much the best I've seen. 4/5 only because some adverts were out of date and were referring to similar but different products. Nevertheless, when the correct device became available, the seller reached out and I got what we needed.

Delivery was superfast, but the STORZ Telepack light was damaged (at transportation maybe). Hope they change it.
