The sand rotary dryer is widely used in the field of building materials, metallurgies, chemical industry, cement and so on. It can dry slag, coal powder, mining powder, clay, sand, limestone and so on. It is made of rotary body, lifting blade, driving device, supporting device etc. The dryer has advantages of reasonable structure, high efficiency, low energy consumption and convenient for transportation.
How it Works
1.Wet materials enter the rotating drum through the feed port. Due to the inclination of the drum and its rotation, under the effect of gravity, the materials slowly move from the feed end to the discharge end.
2.Heating devices are installed on the outside or inside of the drum. Commonly, fuel is burned to produce hot flue gas, which transfers heat to the materials inside the drum through the drum wall or the built-in heating pipes.
