Application:
According to safety helmet GB/T2812-2006, GB 2811-2007,ECE,EN,ASTM,JIS,SNELLM2015,AS/NZS 2063 production, mainly used for safety helmet UV pretreatment test. Widely used in special labor protection supplies supervision and inspection station, building science research institute, construction engineering quality inspection station.
Host Structure:
1.The whole machine is all made of stainless steel case, and the internal devices are made of stainless steel or PTFE material, which itself has strong anti-UV capability and prolongs service life.
2.The specimen frame can be rotated 360°, which is convenient for installing helmets. Only one side of the door can be opened to complete the installation of the helmet.
3.UV light source using 450W short pulse high-pressure xenon lamp, supporting the power trigger to ensure the stability of the light source type.
